The Healthy Howard Health Plan is a new program that gives residents in Howard County who currently do not have health insurance the chance to get the medical care they need to lead a healthy life. If you currently have health insurance or are eligible for other health care programs such as Medicare, Maryland Medicaid, or the Primary Adult Care Program, the Plan is not for you.
